⒈The deviation of the belt is usually caused by improper adjustment. The normal belt swing should be 15-20mm, and the swing frequency is 15-20 times / minute. The swing speed is moderate and the swing speed is the same. If it is in an abnormal state for a long period of time, deviations may occur, especially if the speed of swinging in and out is inconsistent, which may cause abnormal shutdowns; damage to the photoelectric switch, damage to the solenoid valve, and damage to the swing cylinder. Poor dust collection and high dust concentration will affect the normal operation of the photocell and cause deviation of the belt; damaged parts should be replaced in time to improve the dust removal effect.
⒉Limit position failure, limit switches on both sides of the belt. When the belt swings and fails to run to one side, the limit switch is touched, the belt is released, and the main motor stops automatically, which can effectively protect the belt. Once the limit failure can cause abrasive belt damage, friction to the frame will cause sparks, and even cause fire. Therefore, the limit switch should always check whether it is reliable.
⒊Wrinkle of abrasive belt, once the belt is wrinkled, it can no longer be used. Generally there are three possible causes of abrasive belt wrinkling: wear caused by abrasive roller and tension roller, grinding and repairing roller; It can be treated by drying and drying. The sander does not use the sander for a long time, and the surface is rusty and rough, and the swing of the belt is difficult. At this time, the roller should be derusted or polished with finer sandpaper.
⒋Abrasive belt breakage, belt breakage is mainly caused by the deviation of the belt, or the blunt abrasive belt is not replaced in time, or the sanding load is too large, or a hard object is encountered during the sanding, or the quality of the belt itself is caused. Try to avoid breaking the abrasive belt, otherwise it may cause fire. When the current is abnormal, you should observe whether the belt is dull, and if it is, it should be replaced in time.
⒍The deviation of the feed plate, slippage, rebound, and adjustment of the sanding machine requires that the back-pressure roller of the upper conveying roller be adjusted to two-thirds (the remaining one-third). The thickness of the slab is less than 1.5mm or 1mm, otherwise it will cause the slab to drift or slip. In severe cases, it will cause a rebound, which may hurt personal safety.
尺寸 After changing the belt, the size of the sanding plate changes, and the position of the cantilever of the sanding machine fluctuates greatly when the locking block is loosened or locked, which should normally be within 0.5mm. If it is too large, when the locking block locks the cantilever, the difference in the locking force will cause the repetition accuracy of the cantilever to be different, causing fluctuations in the size of the sanding board, and directly affecting the sanding accuracy of the sander. When the cantilever error is too large (more than 0.5mm), the locking block fixing bolts should be unscrewed and adjusted appropriately. At the same time, when changing the belt, the locking force of the locking block should be the same.
⒏When the idle roller is running intermittently or not, the above situation can not be observed when the truck is running. It can only be found when the truck is empty. The reason is that the worm gear is partially or completely worn during the deceleration of the worm gear that transmits power. Although it will not affect the work, other worm gears will shorten the life and cause greater losses due to the increased workload. Therefore, if this is found, it should be replaced immediately.
振动 The vibration of the main bearing block is abnormal. : Under normal circumstances, the main bearing seat vibration is very small, and an experienced operator can judge whether it is normal at the touch. Generally, there is no condition to measure with the instrument at the scene, but it can be judged by comparing with other bearing seats, or from the surface of sanding board Judge by pros and cons. When there is abnormal vibration of the bearing seat, there can be two reasons. One is that the bearing is damaged and the bearing can be replaced. The other is that the contact roller is worn out, out of park, and the original dynamic balance is damaged, causing abnormal vibration. Remove the sander for repair.
⒑The main drive belt is slippery, and high-speed flat belts are used in Q-type and M-type sanders. This type of transmission is theoretically more efficient than a V-belt transmission. However, in actual use, the belt will drift or slip, which is mainly caused by improper adjustment. Should be adjusted strictly in accordance with the requirements of 1.5-2% of the elongation of the belt, and both sides of the belt are tight. When the adjustment is completed according to the requirements, a trial operation should be carried out, especially if the main motor current suddenly rises, and observe whether the belt is running away. If it runs away, it should be adjusted twice.
